Refund Policy

Nature Daddy products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful. Each item is produced after you place your order, which means we do not stock inventory and cannot accept general returns for change of mind, sizing, or buyer's remorse. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering.

What we will replace or refund

We will replace or refund any order that arrives:

  • Defective (printing flaws, broken stitching, holes, peeling vinyl)
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, wrong colour from what you ordered)
  • Significantly different from the product description or images on this site

How to start a claim

  1. Email naturedaddycollective@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or damage (a tag photo helps too).
  3. We review and respond within 2 business days. We will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Approved refunds typically post within 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

What we cannot accept

  • Returns for fit or sizing — every product page lists exact measurements; please consult them before ordering.
  • Returns for change of mind.
  • Items damaged by washing or wear contrary to the printed care instructions.
  • Items shipped to the wrong address because of an error you made at checkout. We can arrange a reship at your cost once the parcel returns to fulfillment.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Damaged in transit

If your item arrives damaged, retain all packaging and email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve it.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days domestic or 21+ business days international, contact us and we will help open a carrier claim. We do not replace or refund packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, regardless of our standard policy above. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with original tags and packaging. Email us to start the process.

Why our return policy works this way

We are open about being a print-on-demand operation. When you place an order, your hoodie or shirt is produced for you specifically — it doesn't already exist on a shelf somewhere. That model lets a small Canadian outfit make quality apparel without minimum-order pressure or waste. The trade-off is that we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for items that were made for you. Defects, damage, and our own mistakes — we always make those right.
