Thank you for shopping with Nature Daddy Inc. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1) Order processing
Nature Daddy products are made to order through Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). After production, the order ships from the Printful facility nearest to your delivery address.
Total time from order to delivery is typically:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Production and transit times can vary during peak seasons and for reasons outside our control. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
2) Carrier & risk of loss
- Domestic orders ship via Canada Post, USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on origin and destination. International orders use a comparable carrier network. The carrier is selected at fulfillment based on cost and routing.
- Risk of loss and title pass to you when we deliver your order to the carrier.
- After hand-off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, mis-delivery, or packages marked “delivered” that you cannot locate.
3) Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to populate after dispatch.
4) “Delivered” but not received
If your tracking shows Delivered but you don’t have the package:
- Wait 24–48 hours for potential late scans or neighbour/concierge delivery.
- Check with household members, neighbours, building management, or your community mailbox/locker.
- Contact the carrier to open a trace or claim, and provide your tracking number and delivery address.
We do not replace or refund orders after a carrier confirms delivery.
5) Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Please confirm your shipping address before checkout.
- If an order is returned to our fulfillment centre because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you. We can reship after you provide the correct address and pay additional postage.
- We cannot refund original shipping fees on address-error returns.
6) Damaged in transit
- If your item arrives damaged, retain all packaging and contact the carrier immediately to start a claim.
- Notify us within 48 hours at naturedaddycollective@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with documentation.
- Refunds and replacements for transit damage are subject to the carrier’s claim approval and our review.
7) Delivery delays & force majeure
We are not liable for delays outside our control, including weather, strikes, customs inspections, peak-season volume, or carrier network issues.
8) International orders (outside Canada)
- The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import restrictions applicable in their country.
- We are not responsible for shipments held, delayed, or refused by customs.
- Refused or abandoned parcels may incur return and reship fees.
9) Split shipments & pre-orders
- Items in the same order may ship separately at no additional cost.
- Pre-order items ship on or after the estimated release date, which is subject to change.
10) Lost-package claims
- If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days domestic or 21+ business days international, contact the carrier to open a lost-package claim and contact us so we can support the documentation.
- We will provide any documentation we have, but carrier decisions govern outcomes.
11) Non-refundable shipping fees
Original shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
